		<description>Hi Peter and thanks for the feedback. I agree that I probably should have held on to the third one, I&#039;ve checked in on it since selling and the traffic is still growing.

I have several sites that I won&#039;t be selling anytime soon because I either haven&#039;t added enough value or the market isn&#039;t right.

My biggest challenges so far have been: 1) when to sell 2) when to hold 3) optimal site monetization.

Your guide on Sitepoint is great, I&#039;ve added a link to it at the bottom of this post.</description>

Site #3, for example, sounds like it had some real potential to be much more valuable than what you got selling it.  I personally think community websites are very undervalued in markets like Sitepoint, and recommend people to buy and hold.</description>
